Tips to help you “Spring Forward”

It’s that beautiful time of year when nature brings forth creative surprises for us to see and enJOY! Something new every day to delight us!  The spring equinox is a new beginning, a new year.  Will you join me in the amazing restart, with more energy and zest than the deep winter one?

 

Three Tips to help you “Spring Forward”

  1. Close your eyes.  Think of a color, one that you LOVE.  What does it feel like emotionally and physically? Sense the color and  breathe in that beautiful color.  Know that you will see that color in expected and unexpected places.  Open your eyes and be on the lookout for fun!
  2. Practice mindfulness and be present with your emotions as they come up without any judgment.
  3. Dance to 1 of your favorite songs per day.  Really let loose, like no one is watching….whether they are or not 🙂  Feel the music, the energy, and play.  Relish the stimulation of moving your body to the beat.

These sweet activities will help you connect with the “vibe” of this new Spring energy!
