Self Care Plan

In the video I mentioned some of my Daily Self Care.  The key for us busy women is to not just make a list or plan, but actually take some time for yourself.  It doesn’t have to even be an hour.  I already did a foot soak today while reading a chapter in a fun fiction.  It only took about 15 minutes. My feet feel wonderful and it was a great break.  I feel refreshed physically, emotionally and intellectually.

I have felt prompted to make a list for the rest of the week of some Self Care that I am going to do:
– Foot soak, scrub and very thick lotion (done)
– Green smoothie with fresh herbs
– Facial, eye brow shaping and plucking a few stray hairs 🙂
– Clear, dust and set up side table and area for personal study and journaling.
– Pedicure with fresh polish
– Coloring in new coloring book
These past few weeks and couple of months have been extremely stressful and demanding.  I have had to pull out my tools and make some laser focused time for myself.  As I have done so I have felt at peace and renewed.
