My peaceful place this year is hiking when I can get to it. In Phoenix it’s all year round. Another peaceful place I use on a weekly basis is temple visits. It provides a place of meditation and communion with God to intentions and ask for need blessings. Both places have one thing in comment: they look up and require effort.
