I am excited to share with you part 4 of 5 of our Self Care series. Today our focus is on Mental Self Care.
You’ve probably heard the phrase, “An idle mind is the devils workshop”. Have you ever wondered why?
I believe that without the focus and conscience use of our mental capacities, we have a tendency to wander back and around to what is most familiar. And many times that is negative self talk and scripts. The adversary wants us to be unhappy. Our world is filled with unhappiness…just watch the news…..NO don’t.
Exercise and strengthen that beautiful muscle, your brain.
In each of these areas of self care; find the things that you would like to try and do. Don’t overwhelm yourself with very many, just one or two. Enjoy and experiment with what excites, relaxes and renews you.
