Space for Self Care

The last couple weeks have been a little crazy with unusual events; deaths of family friends, funerals, son’s surgery with leg elevated for 1 1/2 weeks now, and a sweet 83 year old lady that we help take care of breaking her hip.  All of these activities have brought home even stronger the need for Self Care!
With all the extra caring for others and running around I have taken some time, even little amounts, to take care and be gentle with myself.
When we are running on fumes in any of the areas of Self Care, we will feel it.  Our health can suffer or our fuses run short.  The best thing to do for ourselves and the ones we love is to take regular care of ourselves.
My hope is that this Tune-In Tuesdays 5 part video series with encourage and inspire you to make Self Care a priority.
