Spring into Harmony

20160308_133832This week’s Tune-In Tuesday is a day late because of technical difficulties, which give me and probably you a opportunity to “let go” of outcomes and schedules.  And this is what this video is about.  Push, pull and opposites.  Practicing going with the flow and making it easy.

Harmony is awesome.  Balance doesn’t work in my life.

The best example that we can apply to our lives is a orchestra, band or choir.  Think about your favorite song……now imagine that piccolo chiming in and continuing the rest of the song.  That would be so annoying.  The same applies with life.  We have to enjoy different things in proper proportions.

You are the only one who can determine how much you want to hear those cymbals or how much laundry you can do.  Without other activities to do, plan for and think about those cymbals crashing would soon get very irritating.

So you may want to write out some of your daily activities and think about the harmony they provide for you.  Or not, then make some changes in your priorities.

I know that some of our activities we can’t change because of our responsibilities.  But, we can change some….even if it’s adding a little piping piccolo or reading a purely pleasurable book for 15 minutes.  Give it a try.

Spring is….The perfect time to prune and pluck out weeds.  Analyze the what you want to plant into your life.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”    Anais Nin
