Happy Summer and more

I hope you’re able to take some extra time for yourself this summer.  My family is very sweet, but I like to take some special time for “me” and sometimes I even purchase something that I wouldn’t normally purchase.   You may even want to.

Are you getting enough of B12 and Probiotics?

The National Academy of Sciences recommends 2.4 mcg of vitamin B12 each day to boost metabolism and maintain healthy nerve cells and probiotics because your gut bacteria can get out of whack from stress and hormonal fluctuations due to menopause. I take a sublingual tablet everyday to boost my energy.

Everyday I drink some homemade Kombucha and a few times a week Milk Kefir in Smoothies, and vegetable ferments. These are great ways to infuse your body with probiotics.
